Subject: Recognition of INO Spiritual Jurisdiction & Indigenous Member Rights under International Law

To Whom It May Concern:

This memorandum serves as an official notice from the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ (INO), a sovereign religious society and Indigenous spiritual body, formally recognized under Connecticut General Statute §33-264c and protected by international Indigenous law.

INO affirms the lawful and spiritual standing of its members as protected persons under international law, including—but not limited to—the following frameworks:


🌍 Cited International Legal Instruments:

United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP)

  • Article 3: Right to self-determination
  • Article 5: Right to maintain and strengthen Indigenous institutions
  • Article 8: Protection from forced assimilation
  • Article 10: Protection from forced removal
  • Article 27–28: Right to redress, land reclamation, and restitution

Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)

  • Article 6: Recognition as a person before the law
  • Article 14: Right to seek asylum from persecution
  • Article 15: Right to a nationality and protection from statelessness

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)

  • Article 18: Freedom of religion, belief, and spiritual expression
  • Article 27: Protection of Indigenous cultural and spiritual identity

1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness

  • Obliges states to prevent statelessness and to recognize nationality when lost, denied, or never granted

🛡️ Declaration of Spiritual Status & Refuge

This individual has sought spiritual protection, status clarification, and membership through INO’s internal processes, and has been issued:

  • Declaration of Spiritual Refuge & Membership Affidavit
  • Affidavit of Divine Estate & Indigenous Identity
  • Ecclesiastical Jurisdictional Letter (if applicable)
  • UCC-1 Addendum Filing (if applicable)

These documents reflect lawful status under INO jurisdiction and spiritual nationality. We request these declarations be recognized as lawful claims to identity, non-removal, and Indigenous rights under international and humanitarian law.


🔒 Spiritual Jurisdiction Statement

This individual is under spiritual protection by the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™. Any deportation, forced removal, or denial of recognition without lawful cause constitutes:

  • A violation of international Indigenous rights
  • A breach of natural law and ecclesiastical protections
  • A trespass upon a recognized sovereign spiritual body
