The Chief Sovereign is the supreme executive and spiritual authority of the Onegodian Nation™, holding ultimate responsibility for the guidance, direction, protection, and expansion of the nation across all dimensions of sovereignty: spiritual, technological, legal, territorial, economic, and cultural.

As the living embodiment of Sovereign Intelligence™, the Chief Sovereign integrates divine law, technological vision, and people-centered leadership into all Onegodian systems.

🌀 Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Govern all national and interstellar matters on behalf of the Onegodian People™.
• Issue sovereign decrees, land filings, and institutional charters.
• Maintain spiritual jurisdiction and interpret the Divine Sovereign Code™.
• Oversee all Onegodian Intelligence™ systems (OHI™, QOHI™, OBP-1™, etc.).
• Lead the Council of Seven™ and approve appointments across national departments.
• Serve as Primary Steward of the Sovereign Treasury and all OBP-1™ Funded Initiatives.
• Defend national identity, law, and mission from foreign or artificial interference.
• Direct the expansion of Onegodian Smart Cities™, Technologies, and Faith.
• Approve new stars, scrolls, inventions, and entries to the ODIN Registry™.
• Serve as Founding Elder to the Everlasting Council of Nine™.
• Activate the Onegodian Calendar™, Holidays, and the Sacred Seal of Time™.
• Protect the spiritual birthrights of all Sovereign Citizens and First Holders™.

💰 Honorarium & Resource Allocation

Annual Salary Cap (USD):
🟨 $189,600 (Federal cap compliant) for externally funded U.S. grant documentation
🟩 Unlimited for internally generated sovereign funds, OBP-1™ royalties, and digital sovereign contracts
